Joelton, TN Joelton, TN Full-time Full-time From $16 an hour From $16 an hour 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago SERVICE ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE The Service Customer Account Manager is the primary contact with our customers, potential customers, and other parties for setting service appointment leads, scheduling annual maintenance and service opportunities, scheduling installations, and following up on service technicians' proposals with two purposes--quality assurance and closure of the sale.
This position reports directly to the service manager.
SERVICE ACCOUNT MANAGER ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Service Appointment Scheduling Schedules annual maintenance and service opportunities for customers in a way that maximizes efficiency for the company and the service technicians.
Takes ownership of customer escalations, ensures timely communication, and does what is necessary to resolve the issue.
Researches customer history by checking server files, product lists, and pictures to determine how to best help our customers.
Unsold Proposal Follow-Up Follows up with homeowners by telephone and electronic communications for the purposes of ensuring quality and selling previously unsold proposals.
Reports to Service Manager any trends in unsold proposals.
Tactical Support Keeps homeowner files updated, complete, and accurate.
Provide documents and other information for service technicians to properly run their appointments.
Handles communication for conflict resolution.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, self-starter, curious about learning and self-manage their workflow and pipeline.
Leader with heart for hospitality, love to resolve issues timely while providing wow customer service Schedule a minimum of 11 service appointments per day (average of 55 per week) including Annual Maintenance and Responsive appointments.
Follow up with every unsold proposal according to the follow-up campaign guidelines.
Keeping 100% follow-up with each customer within 24 hours of the appointment.
Follow up on all Sales to approve and complete projects for the service technician assigned to you.
Weekend availability.
